How do I return an item?

BullMarketGifts offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Should you feel the need to return your item for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, please return your item(s) for a full refund. No refunds will be granted for shipping charges and the safe return of any and all product in its original condition is of the sole responsibility of the client or full credit may not be granted. Please contact us before your purchase should you have any questions. We are fair; we will work with you to find a solution.

Returns Not Accepted For:
Large Bulk Orders and Custom Quoted Orders. Because these orders were specifically purchased on your behalf, we cannot accept returns on these orders.

Damaged Items:
All items received damaged must contact us within 5 business days of receipt of their order. We do our best to package each and every order so it gets to you safely. However, sometimes things happen. As such, we need to be notified immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, don't worry. As long as you contact us in a timely manner, we'll make sure you either get a replacement of a full refund whichever you prefer.
